This remains the bedrock for all recruitment solution. Where Client is looking for specialized needs, with more than 4 years of experience, Classic will be ideal. Here we charge 8.33% of CTC+ GST. Our specialized team will do all the process and ensure you get the right candidate. You pay us on the selected candidate, 30 days from hiring.

QUICK PICK

This will be applicable for entry level and some cases of blue collar workers, where we charge a fixed amount, less than classic, with consultation with client. Payment to be done within a week.

SMART HIRE

This is for those clients where the recruitment numbers are high (more than 10) and recruitment budget is low and CLASSIC may be unaffordable. Here we will take care of entire activity process except the selection. We will be responsible of AD posting, Data collecting, filtering and searching and ensuring you get 1:3 ratio of prospect for interview. The entire data will be handed to client. The budget for client will come to 30-40 % of Kukulkan Management Services CLASSIC. Payment will be 50% at the start of contract and the rest on completion.
